BRANDI'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
yield: 36 cookies
- 1 c Butter softened (2 Sticks)
- 1/2 c granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 c Brown Sugar packed
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 3 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 12oz Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Combine wet and dry ingredients slowly.
Stir in chocolate chips
Roll dough into 1 inch balls
Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies might look under baked. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet - they will finish baking while cooling
