Big Mac Bites

BIG MAC BITES

yield: 16 servings

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/4 c Onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 16 slices Dill Pickles
  • Lettuce

Secret Sauce

  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl combine ground beef, onions and salt. Mix until throughly combined.

Roll into 1.5oz balls. Press each one down slightly to flatten it to make a mini burger patty and place it on a lined backing sheet (I use silicone).

Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked.

While burgers cook add all of the secret sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.

Remove burgers from oven and pat off any excess grease.

Cut each slice of cheese into 4 squares. Place a square on each patty and place back into the cooling oven so cheese can melt. Remove from oven.

Place lettuce and a pickle slice on each patty. Run a skewer or toothpick through each one. Serve with secret sauce.

Suggestion: Place larger patties in wraps to make whopperritos.
