FETA CHICKEN BAKE
yield: 6 servings
- 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast halves
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 4oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 c finely chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c chopped Fresh parsley
Preheat the over to 350 degrees
Arrange chicken in a 13x9 inch baking dish
Drizzle wtih 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Season with salt and pepper
Top with Feta cheese and drizzle remaining 1 tbsp lemon juice
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
Sprinkle with red pepper and parsley
Suggestion: try flavored feta for an additional kick. I like basil and tomato too
