DILL PICKLE CHICKEN SALAD
yield: 6 servings
- 2 Chicken Breasts cooked and Shreadded or 2 large cans of chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 c Dill Pickles, diced
- 1/4 c Red Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1 tsp Parsley
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Its simple! Just mix everything together in a bowl.
Store in the refridgerator.
Suggestion: Serve in or on lettuce for a low carb treat!
