NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BARS

- 1 c Peanut Butter
- 5 tbsp Butter, softened
- 2/3 c Powdered Swerve
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3oz Dark Chocolate
In a bowl, beat 4 tbsp softened butter on high speed
Add powdered swerve, peanut butter, and coconut flour then beat with a mixer again on medium until all of the ingredients are throughly combined
Grease a 9x9 pan and spread the peanut butter layer evenly and place in the freezer for 10 minutes
Meanwhile melt chocolate in a glass bowl with 1 tbsp butter.
Remove baking pan from freezer and pour the chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer. Smooth with a spatula evenly
Return to the freezer for several hours to set. Once set you can store in the fridge or freezer.
Suggestion: Add flavoring to chocolate for a interesting flavor twist.
