COLESLAW
yield: 4 1/2 cups
- 2/3 c Mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider VInegar
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/2 Head Green Cabbage shredded
- 1/2 Head Purple Cabbage shredded
- 1 medium Honeycrisp Apple chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot shredded
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, celery salt. Place cabbages, carrots, and apple in a large bowl. Pour dresing over and mix and toss until well coated. Cover and refridgerate for at least 1 hour. Stir well before serving
Suggestion: Add sugar to sweeten the dressing
