CRUSTLESS SPINACH CHEESE PIE
yield: 8 servings
- 10oz Frozen Spinach
- 5 Eggs beaten
- 2 1/2 c Cheese (any kind)
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
Suggestion: Have fun with cheese. I use a fiesta blend!
