HOMEMADE SUMMER SAUSAGE

yield: 3 Rolls

  • 5 lbs Hamburg
  • 5 rouded tsp Morton Tender Quick Salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp coarsley ground Pepper
  • 2 tsp Mustard Seed
  • 2 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 tsp Frenchs Hickory Smoke Salt

Mix together

Mix each day for 3 days - refridgerate. (knead like bread dough)

On 4th day make 3 rolls 2 1/2" diameter

Bake on broiler pan for 8 hours at 175 degrees.
