ECLAIR CAKE
yield: 9x13 pan
- 2 boxes Instant French Vanilla Pudding
- 3 cups Milk
- 8oz Cool Whip
- 1 box Graham Crackers
- 1 can Chocolate Frosting (Pillsbury)
Make pudding using 3 cups of milk (not 4 like instructions)
Fold in Cool Whip
Put 1 layer of graham crackers on bottom of 9x13" pan
Pour in half pudding mix
Another layer of graham crackers
Pour in the rest of pudding mix
Another layer of graham crackers
Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight
Put frosting on.
