RAMEN NOODLE COLESLAW
yield: 1 large bowl
- 2 1lb pkgs of Coleslaw
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Almonds, slivered
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 pkg Ramen Noodles, crushed
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Accent (use the flavor packet from noodles)
- 6 tbsp Rice Vinegar (or white vinegar)
Mix sugar, pepper, salt, accent, and vinegar together to make dressing.
Pour dressing over cabbage and onions. Mix well.
Add almonds, sunflower seeds and noodles just before serving.
Serve cold
Suggestion: replace 2 tbsp of vinegar with soy sauce and toast almonds for additional flavor.
