CAULIFLOWER SALAD
yield: 6 servings
- 1 head of Cauliflower, steamed and chopped
- 6 Hard Boiled eggs, Chopped
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip or Mayo
- 3 tbsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Pickle Relish
- 1/8 cup Onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Steam or boil cauliflower until tnder and chop into bit size peices
Hard boil 6 eggs, peel eggs, rinse and separate yolks into a bowl. Then mash the yolk and cut the whites into small peices then blend together.
Mix together with miracle whip, mustard, and relish. Combine all ingredients and chill overnight.
Serve cold
Suggestion: Garnish with egg slices and parsley. Sprinkle with dill.
