EASY OVEN STEW

- 3/4 lb Round Cube Steak
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 4 medium unpeeled potatoes
- 5 medium Carrots (chunks)
- 1 stalk Celery (chunks)
- 1 Large Onion (Chunks)
- 1 14oz can Chunky Stewed Tomoatoes
- 3 tsp Tapioca
- 1 tsp Browning Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
Brown steak in oil.
Add all ingredients excepts peas.
Cover and bake 300 degrees for 4-5 hours, stirring twice. Add peas during last 30 minutes of baking.
Suggestion: Add other vegetables to make it your own.
