MEAT-BALL SUPPER BOWL RECIPE

- 1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
- 1/4 cup Parsely, shopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup water (for meat balls)
- 1 tbsp Steak Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 6 cups Water (for soup)
- 1 can or envelope Dry Onion Soup mix
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup Rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup Carrots, grated
Mix ground meat lightly with parsley, salt, water, and steak sauce in a bowl; shape into 36 small balls. Brown in butter or margarine in a kettle; remove and set aside; pour of drippings.
Heat the 6 cups of water to boiling in kettle; stir in soup mix, celery, and rice; cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
Stir in carrots and meat balls. Cook for additional 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Suggestion: Garnsih with parsley. Also tastey with added vegetables of your choice.
