CRUNCH SALAD
yield: large salad
- 4 cups fresh broccoli flowerletts
- 4 cups fresh cauliflower
- 1 cup Red Onion
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Sour Cream
- 1 or 2 tbsp sugar
In a large bowl, combine veggies.
Wisk the mayo, vinegar, sour cream, and sugar until smooth, pour over the veggies and toss to coat.
cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Suggestion: Add bacon, chickpeas, and carrots.
