CRUNCH SALAD

yield: large salad

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli flowerletts
  • 4 cups fresh cauliflower
  • 1 cup Red Onion
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 Sour Cream
  • 1 or 2 tbsp sugar

In a large bowl, combine veggies.

Wisk the mayo, vinegar, sour cream, and sugar until smooth, pour over the veggies and toss to coat.

cover and chill for at least 2 hours.

Suggestion: Add bacon, chickpeas, and carrots.
