CHICKEN CASSEROLE

- 1 Chicken plus 2 legs cooked
- 1 10oz package of frozen peas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 can of Mushroom soup
- 1 package Stuffing
- Garlic powder, Salt, and Pepper to taste
Heat over to 325 degrees.
Cut meat into bite size pieces. Mix chicken with peas, sour cream, milk, and cream of mushroom soup.
Put in a 9x13 inch pan and top with stuffing, mixed according to directions.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
Suggestion: Switch stuffing with bread crumbs, crakers, or conr flakes for a new twist. You can also sub sour cream with cream of chicken or cream of celery
