APPLE ONION SOUP
yield: large pot
- 2-6 oz onion chopped
- 1-8 oz potatoes peeled and cubbed
- 5-8 oz Granny Smith apples
- 2 cup chopped celery
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups cider
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, combine onion, potatoes, apples and celery.
Add chicken stock and cider. Bring to a boil
Reduce Heat, cover and simmmer for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
