VEGGIE PIZZA RECIPE
yield: 1 pizza
- 2 pkg Crescent Rolls
- 2 (8oz) pkg Cream Cheese
- 1 pkg Dry Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 8 oz Shredded Cheese
- Variety of chopped vegetables (tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, raddishes, onions, etc)
Lay crescent rolls flat on a cookie sheet; bake 8 to 10 minutes according to package.
Cool
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
Chop veggies of any kind and place on top of spread.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Suggestion: Remove seeds and insides from tomatoes and sprinkle on top of shredded cheese.
