Party Mushroom Spread

PARTY MUSHROOM SPREAD RECIPE

yield: 2 cups spread

  • 4 cups (about 12 oz) Mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijion Mustard

Cook mushrooms and onions in oil in skillet over medium-high heat until excess liquid has evaporated and mushrooms are just begining to brown.

Remove from heat.

Stir in sour cream and mustard; heat but DO NOT BOIL.

Serve as spread.

Suggestion: Best on Melba or round crackers.
