Grandma's Lasagna

GRANDMA'S LASANGA

yield: 8 servings

  • 1 lb Ground Chuck - brown and drain
  • 6 Lasagna Noodles - Boil 2 minutes, rinse and drain
  • 1 sm jar of Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms
  • 1 sm can Mushrooms
  • 1 pkg Mozarella Cheese (2cups)
  • 1 sm can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 sm Onion
  • 1 sm Cottage Cheese

To the ground chuck, add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, onions and tomato sauce; Mix together.

Layer in a greases 9x13 inch pan. Noodles, meat mixture, cottage cheese, mozarella cheese.

Repeat layer, end with mozarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 3040 minutes uncovered

Should appear slightly brown and bubble

Suggestion: If you dont want to boil the noodles, add 2/3 cup of tomato juice or sauce and cook for 1 hour uncovered.
