Cream Puffs

CREAM PUFFS

yield: 12 puffs

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 3 Eggs

Boil butter with water in pan, add flour and salt; cook for a minute. Stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Add eggs one at a time.

Drop in heaps, more in center than edges.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until well done.

Split and fill with desired filling.

Sprinkle with powered sugar.

Suggestion: Add some vanilla for additional flavor.
