CHOCOLATE SNOWBALLS
yield: 3 1/2 dozen
- 1 6 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/4 cup sifted Confectioner's Sugar
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 1/3 cup Flaked Coconut
Melt chocolate chips and milk together over low heat, stirring.
Remove from heat and stire in confectioner's sugar and nuts. Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
Form into small balls using 1 tsp of mixture for each and roll the balls in coconut.
Chill until firm
Suggestion: Use pan with smooth, flat bottom and good fitting lids.
